XML_sql2xml::setEncoding – set encoding charset

Description
Sets the encoding for the db2xml transformation. The
$encoding_from value depends on
your database system; check the DBMS manual which encoding
your system use to deliever result sets.
The $encoding_to sets the
charset for the created XML document.
