Sets the user's "Don't Ask Again" preference for the package.

boolean $dontAsk

Description
Sets the user's "Don't Ask Again" preference to
$dontAsk. If $dontAsk is TRUE
the user will not be asked to update the package again.

Return value
boolean - TRUE if the preference was set properly, FALSE otherwise.
