Description
Sets the timeout value on socket descriptor, expressed in the sum of seconds and microseconds.
Parameter

integer $seconds- seconds part -
integer $microseconds- microseconds part
Return value
boolean - Returns TRUE on success,
PEAR_Error on failure.
