Description
Connect to a specific NNTP-server
Parameter

- Hostname of the NNTP-server. Default=NET_NNTP_PROTOCOL_DEFAULT_HOST -
$port
- Port, where the NNTP-server listens. Default=NET_NNTP_PROTOCOL_DEFAULT_PORT

boolean

Returns TRUE on success,
