Description
Set a reasonable content type for the download.
Examples:

Returns PEAR_Error if $content_type
doesn't seem to be valid.
Parameter

$content_type = 'application/x-octetstream'- a reasonable content type
Return value
Returns TRUE on success, PEAR_Error on failure.

This function can not be called statically.
