PEAR_ChannelFile::getFunctions() – Retrieve a list of all xmlrpc/soap functions

Description
This retrieves an array of all defined xmlrpc and soap
functions. Use getBaseURL()
to access rest base URLs.
The format of each function is the same as is returned by getFunction()
